Job summary

The Back Server PM at The Dewberry in Charleston, SC is a full-time front-of-house role within the Food & Beverage department. You will support servers, bartenders, and guests, ensuring smooth service and adherence to The Dewberry standards.

Responsibilities include assisting with service setup, delivering items from kitchen, and maintaining clean service areas. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays and a strong guest-focused attitude.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and complete assigned tasks to ensure smooth service.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in set-up, service, and clean-up tasks.
• Deliver food trays from kitchen to tables.
• Polish glassware and silverware for service.
• Assist bartenders and servers with espresso/coffee drinks.
• Maintain clean and sanitary service stations.
• Move tables and chairs as needed for the next guest.
