Job summary

The Dewberry Charleston in Charleston, SC is hiring a Back Server to support the Food & Beverage team and enhance guest experiences. This role links guests with their servers and helps with all front-of-house tasks to uphold The Dewberry standards.

Key duties include assisting servers, making espresso drinks, delivering food, maintaining clean stations, and participating in pre-service training. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multi-task and support front-of-house service.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers in setup, service and cleanup.
• Help bartenders and servers with espresso/coffee drinks.
• Deliver food trays from kitchen to tables and pull liquor as needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary service areas during and after service.
• Attend pre-service training and learn menu items.
