Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is hiring an Automotive Service Manager for our Renton, WA location. This hands-on leadership role leads a high-volume shop during the evening and night shift, guiding technicians, managing service orders, and delivering top-tier customer care.

You will schedule the team, optimize workflow, and ensure quality work from start to finish while maintaining Goodyear’s standards and delivering strong service results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous Automotive Service management experience
• Valid driver's license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-volume automotive shop, overseeing technicians and driving performance
• Document all work performed and manage service orders and billing
• Schedule team, appointments, and workflow to deliver quality work on time to fleet customers
• Promote teamwork to achieve efficient operations and exceptional guest care
