Job summary

LivWell Behavioral is seeking an associate-level therapist in Chandler, AZ for a part-time evening role. You will provide individual therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17) with supervision from a Clinical Director, building clinical hours toward licensure.

The schedule runs in the 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM window (potentially extending to 8:00 PM), with a fixed weekly plan you can choose within evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Associate-level license (LAC/LMSW/LAMFT/LASAC) required.
• Master's degree in behavioral health.
• Experience or interest in working with children and adolescents.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents (ages 5–17).
• Manage a caseload with supervision from Clinical Director and supervisor.
• Participate in assessments, treatment planning, and ongoing care.
