Qualifications

• Compassionate and patient individual.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and able to follow care guidelines.
• Caregiving experience preferred, but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and ADLs.
• Support meals, hygiene, mobility, and more.
• Monitor changes in resident condition and report.
• Participate in resident programs and activities.
• Maintain cleanliness in common areas and complete laundry tasks.
• Respond quickly to resident and family needs.
• Deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Work collaboratively with coworkers across all units.
• Attend required trainings and staff meetings.
