Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented Assistant Bread Baker to join our Lehi team. This part-time role offers the chance to work on artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads made with honest ingredients and a passion for quality.

The successful candidate will stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and work afternoons/evenings with Sunday shifts. Training is available for the right person, and career growth in baking is possible.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered.
• Proven ability to follow recipes with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to stand/walk for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including afternoons, evenings, and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist bread baker with artisan, sweet and seasonal breads.
• Follow recipes precisely and monitor product quality.
• Stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Support shifts starting around 11 am–7 pm, with Sunday coverage.
