Kneaders Bakery & Cafe in Utah is seeking a part-time Assistant Bread Baker who loves contributing to a bakery that sources honest ingredients. You will join a dynamic team producing artisan breads and helping maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes afternoon/evening availability with occasional Sunday shifts. Training is available for the right candidate who demonstrates passion for food and customer service.

Qualifications

• Large-scale baking/pastry experience (preferred but not required; training available)
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, & federal food handler and sanitation standards
• Formal baking/pastry education is a bonus

Responsibilities

• Assist in producing artisan, sweet, and seasonal breads following recipes.
• Maintain high quality, consistency, and presentation of baked goods.
• Follow health and safety standards and sanitation protocols in all bakery tasks.
• Work afternoon/evening shifts (starting around 11 am–7 pm) and one Sunday shift.
• Support the team to ensure smooth daily bakery operations.
