Job summary

You will work with a coordinated team to optimize patient outcomes, leverage EHR data for clinical decisions, and advance specialty pharmacy operations in an academically oriented health system.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist degree required (Pharm.D. or equivalent).
• Virginia licensed or eligible for licensure within 60 days of hire. (AHA BLS required).
• Experience with centralized, technology-driven dispensing and ambulatory care is a plus.
