Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Durham, NH is seeking technicians to join our Mission Systems team. You will deburr and finish aluminum parts, possibly operate CNC machines, and follow precise work instructions to high quality standards.

This onsite role offers a 2nd shift with a 10% differential, comprehensive benefits from day one, and opportunities for training and advancement. You will participate in audits and continuous improvement while maintaining a clean, safe workspace and meeting customer

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent (GED) with 1 year relevant experience.
• Ability to read procedures and follow work instructions.
• Commitment to quality standards and safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deburr and finish aluminum parts and operate CNC machines.
• Use hand and machine tools (files, hammers, chisels, pneumatic sanders, die grinders).
• Read and follow procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure parts meet customer deadlines and quality standards.
• Participate in audits and cost-reduction/improvement efforts.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area; comply with regulations.
