Qualifications

• CNA & ACMA license valid in Oklahoma.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Pass state-issued exam for certification.
• BLS/CPR certified.
• LTC experience preferred (6 months).
• Maintain valid contact information for employer communication.
• English communication skills required; additional languages preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications as ordered under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Record medications and treatments accurately in the system.
• Monitor resident comfort, pain, and vital signs.
• Respond to call lights and anticipate residents' needs.
• Ensure safety and adherence to policies and procedures.
• Participate in safety and quality initiatives.
