Job summary

Fountain is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Account Supervisor for the Minneapolis area. The role focuses on leading daily facility operations, overseeing cleaning standards, training service associates, and managing site budgets.

You will also ensure equipment maintenance and transport to the Marsden Repair Department when necessary. Qualified candidates have 2–5 years of supervisory experience, a valid driver’s license, active auto insurance, and basic English proficiency for safety

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of proven lead or supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English proficiency required for safety.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and active car insurance.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: Oversee and perform thorough cleaning of restrooms, trash removal and sanitizing high‑touch surfaces.
• Team Leadership: Direct training of new associates and resolve employee concerns.
• Administrative Management: Maintain accurate timekeeping records and manage site budget.
• Equipment Care: Monitor condition of onsite tools and transport equipment as needed.
• Logistics: Transport equipment to Marsden Repair Department in St. Paul using a personal vehicle.
• Compliance: Ensure safety protocols are followed and driver license/insurance are valid.
