Job summary

Applied ABC is seeking a Behavior Technician / ABA Therapist to support clients in the South Shore and surrounding areas. This part-time role focuses on afternoons and evenings, with typical hours from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday–Friday and occasional weekend hours depending on case needs.

Qualifications

• Reliable and consistent
• Patient, compassionate, and energetic
• Comfortable working directly with children and/or individuals with developmental needs
• Able to follow treatment plans and clinical direction
• ABA, RBT, behavioral health, special education, childcare, or related experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA/behavioral support to clients
• Follow individualized treatment plans and clinical guidance
• Implement activities and interventions as directed
• Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily-living skills
• Complete required session documentation
• Communicate professionally with families and the clinical team
• Maintain a safe, positive, and engaging environment
