Job summary

aba360 is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team providing one-on-one services in clients’ homes or community settings. You will implement skill-building plans, record data, and build rapport with children and families. Training is provided; no prior ABA experience is required.

Flexibility for afternoon and evening hours is essential, with opportunities for growth in the expanding ABA field. Part-time roles begin with a six-month commitment and include paid training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability for the listed afternoon/evening schedule.
• Full training provided; no ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients.
• Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and rapport with families.
• Collaborate with families and clinical providers to support treatment effectiveness.
