Job summary

aba360 is seeking motivated individuals to join our ABA team in New Jersey. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, delivering evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

These part-time roles offer afternoon and evening hours, same-day pay, and paid training with no prior ABA experience required. A minimum six-month commitment and reliable transportation are needed to help children with Autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training.
• Part-time with afternoon/evening hours.
• No prior ABA experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Implement individualized skill-building and treatment plans.
• Accurately record session data.
• Foster a positive learning environment and build rapport with clients and families.
• Collaborate with families and clinical providers to support treatment effectiveness.
