Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with Autism in home and community settings. You will provide one-on-one ABA services, record progress, and collaborate with a clinical team to implement care plans.

We offer part-time schedules, paid training, and opportunities for advancement. RBT certification is required before starting, with a six-month commitment encouraged to maximize impact.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions supporting independence and positive behavior.

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
