Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians to join our ABA-focused team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, helping children reach their unique goals alongside a supportive clinical team.

We offer part-time positions with flexible scheduling, Same Day Pay, and pathways for professional advancement through BCBA schooling partnerships. Training is provided, and there is a focus on caregiver collaboration and high-quality client

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion and calm under pressure.
• RBT certification required before starting work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage with families.
