Job summary

BK Healthcare Management is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in the United States. We offer flexible, part-time positions and same-day pay to support our clinicians and clients.

You will provide one-on-one ABA services, record session data, and contribute to individualized treatment plans. Paid training is provided to help you grow professionally.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required prior to working.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and compassionate about helping children.
• Ability to stay calm in challenging situations.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients and support independence.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
