Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Virginia is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment team, providing 1-1 ABA services to children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of a BCBA. This role requires weekday availability with after-school hours and offers paid training, competitive pay, and a supportive, team-oriented work environment.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to protect client confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Reliable transportation and availability Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors and other parties.
• Assist with safe physical activities and move with clients during sessions.
• Perform any other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
