Job summary

Ad Astra Behavior Analytic Services is seeking a Behavior Technician to provide direct support to children and families, implementing individualized ABA programs in home or community settings.

Sessions typically occur Monday through Friday between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM, with scheduling flexibility. Earn $20–$27 per hour, with additional opportunities for bilingual Spanish-speaking applicants and ongoing professional development through free RBT training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation and active auto insurance.
• Current negative TB test.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work with children.
• Strong interpersonal communication, problem-solving, creativity, and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Apply evidence-based ABA to develop skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Support families and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate client data and session documentation.
