Certco, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Associate for 1st shift in Madison, WI. You will select customer orders using voice-picking technology and operate powered equipment to build pallets and prepare shipments.

Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and reliability are essential as you contribute to stocking grocery products across the Midwest. Training is provided for the right candidates, with opportunities for overtime and growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; excellent math skills.
• Experience with warehouse procedures is preferred.
• Ability to read and write English and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment with correct items.
• Carry orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms.
• Tag or mark orders as requested and repack when needed.
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and undamaged.
• Stock product in pick slots and conduct physical inventories as required.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.
• Work as part of a team to ensure orders ship on time.
