Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of forklift experience
• Operates material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks or dollies
• Ability to manage changing deadlines with organizational initiative
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Familiar with basic warehouse systems and procedures

Responsibilities

• Move, stage, and store raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and related equipment safely
• Label and document material movement per inventory control procedures
• Conduct equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work area
• Follow daily instructions and adjust to changing production or warehouse priorities
• Participate in preshift meetings and team huddles
• Model safe behavior and follow all safety protocols, including PPE use
• Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations
• Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays
