• Demonstrate an understanding of the products manufactured and the processes involved.
• Basic understanding of equipment operations and minor troubleshooting ability.
• Must be able to communicate effectively to maintain high levels of Safety, Quality and Efficiency.
• Assist in training new team members as requested.
• Ability to read and comprehend SOPs and company guidelines to maintain regulatory compliance.
• Ability to understand and calculate daily production needs.
• Participates and communicates effectively and maintains a positive demeanor in group situations and with co-workers while under stressful situations and be able to perform at a high level in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use or learn to use tools, forklift, scissor, and boom style lifts safely to perform essential job duties when necessary.
• Ability to have numerous different demands, be able to prioritize, multi-task and manage several different machines at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Learn, operate, and troubleshoot multiple evaporator systems with touchscreen control to meet production schedules.
• Observe and record temperatures, pressures, density, vacuum, and other data; adjust as needed for product type.
• Follow SOPs and perform Clean in Place (CIP) with PPE.
• Perform daily checks on equipment; troubleshoot and assist maintenance as needed.
• Ensure GMPs, HACCP safety regulations are followed.
• Communicate with shifts, supervisors, and managers about requirements and downtime.
