Training starts at $19.70 per hour with shift differentials and potential bonuses; after training, wages increase toward $22.20, with further increases based on performance.

Qualifications

• Understand and calculate daily production needs.

• Ability to use or learn to use forklift, scissor, and boom style lifts safely.
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage several machines at the same time.

Responsibilities

• Learn, operate, and troubleshoot multiple evaporator systems to meet production schedules.
• Observe and record temperatures, pressures, and densities; adjust as necessary.
• Follow SOPs and perform CIP with appropriate PPE.
• Perform daily checks on equipment; troubleshoot issues; assist maintenance as needed.
• Ensure GMPs, HACCP, and safety regulations are followed.
• Communicate with team members and shifts regarding production needs and downtime.
