Job summary

Agropur Cooperative is seeking an Evaporator Operator II to ensure safe, efficient operation of whey evaporation equipment. You will monitor and document process variables, perform CIP cycles, and assist with startup procedures while maintaining GMP and HACCP standards.

The role requires attention to detail, good math and communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative team. On-site schedule supports a 5:45 AM to 6:00 PM shift with safety-first expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No experience required; in-house training provided.
• Ability to read, understand, and adhere to documents and procedures (GLP, SOP, SDS, GMP, test procedures, and HACCP).
• Basic math skills and basic computer operation are expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily operations and cleaning of equipment associated with the whey evaporator.
• Monitor processes and log readings; follow GMP, SOP and HACCP.
• Operate CIP cycles and troubleshoot equipment as needed.
• Unload/load product trucks and assist other coworkers as required.
• Ensure safety protocols and accurate documentation are maintained.
