The successful candidate will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare meetings, maintain databases, translate content into Spanish when needed, and collaborate with pastors and parish staff to advance

Formación

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Knowledge of Catholic teaching is helpful.
• Experience in communications or ministry preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide executive administrative support to the Vicar and department directors.
• Oversee department communications, social media, and website content.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and manage calendars.
• Facilitate travel arrangements and event logistics for staff and speakers.
• Maintain databases, process invoices, and monitor timecards.
