Qualus is seeking an Evaluation Researcher at levels I, II or Senior to support evaluation, research, and analysis for energy and utility projects. You will work with quantitative and qualitative data, help design studies, and produce evidence-based insights for clients.

Responsibilities include performing descriptive statistics, data cleaning, sampling design, interviews, and reporting; at senior levels you may lead sections and present findings to clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in energy sector, energy efficiency, applied research, or program evaluation.
• Experience using statistical software (R, Stata, SPSS, SAS).
• Experience developing or supporting survey instruments.

Responsabilités

• Analyze quantitative data with descriptive stats and modeling.
• Clean, manage, and prepare large datasets and impute data as needed.
• Perform qualitative analysis of open-ended responses and interviews.
• Develop figures, tables, and visualizations to summarize findings.
• Review work products for accuracy and consistency.
• Lead or support sampling design and data collection planning.
• Summarize findings and contribute to reports and presentations.
