Job summary

RomTech seeks an experienced DME & Ortho Therapy EVA Manager to lead eligibility verification, benefits confirmation, and prior authorization for cardiac monitoring services. You will oversee a focused EVA team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant workflows that support timely patient access and optimized reimbursement.

In collaboration with clinical, billing, and operations teams, you will drive process improvements, monitor turnaround times and denial trends, and implement automation

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in healthcare eligibility, verification, prior authorization, or revenue cycle management.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of payer requirements and medical necessity criteria.
• Experience with DME & Ortho Therapy services, remote patient monitoring, or diagnostic testing preferred.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the EVA team, ensuring accurate eligibility checks and prior authorizations.
• Establish standardized EVA workflows and best practices for cardiac monitoring services.
• Ensure authorization requirements are met prior to service delivery to reduce denials.
• Hire, train, mentor, and supervise EVA staff.
• Monitor performance, productivity, and accuracy of the team.
• Partner with clinical, billing, and operations to optimize EVA systems.
• Track EVA metrics and report insights to leadership.
• Identify automation opportunities to streamline EVA workflows.
