Subaru of America is seeking to operationalize EV strategy by planning business operations that support a unique Subaru ownership experience. You will influence battery lifecycle management, regulatory compliance, and executive decision-making in a dynamic environment.
You will lead cross‑functional collaboration with teams across SOA, TMNA, and alliance partners, guiding launches and ongoing support while managing multiple projects and deadlines with analytical rigor.
Maintains responsibility for executing Subaru's functional integration of electric vehicle (EV) business strategy by planning the business operations efforts that support a uniquely Subaru ownership experience. Supports the business strategy for battery life cycle management and environmental regulatory compliance and ensures that end-producer responsibilities are executed at the highest level. Guides leadership decisions with timely analysis based on an ever-changing regulatory environment. For Alliance vehicles, also leads the internal collaboration necessary for executive decision making, driven by the alignment of all internal working groups involved with the development, business strategy, and launch, including working groups external to Subaru of America (SOA) (i.e., Toyota Motor North America [TMNA], Toyota Motor Manufacturing Kentucky [TMMK], Toyota Logistics Services [TLS]).

Bachelor's degree required and 6 to 8 years of progressive experience required.
The recruiting base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000 - $135,400/year. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Additionally, this role is bonus-eligible. (Internal Job Grade: M1)
