Job summary

ALSO is launching in the Miami area with a part-time Sales Associate role. You will engage customers in mobile and fixed retail settings, demonstrate ALSO EVs, and drive early purchase interest through demos and events.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ years in retail or customer-facing roles, strong communication, and a passion for cycling or EV brands. Weekend work and events are expected; driving the demo van and bikes is involved.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles.
• A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills—you enjoy talking to people and selling.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, field-based environment, including weekends and events.
• Interest in cycling, electric vehicles and/or innovative consumer brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail environments.
• Educate customers on ALSO vehicles, features and benefits; guide demo rides and early purchase consideration.
• Support local sales goals by converting interest into qualified leads and sales.
• Share customer feedback with the Market Manager to improve experiences.
• Assist with setup, execution and breakdown of mobile demo experiences and events.
• Safely operate and maintain the local demo fleet, keeping vehicles clean and ready.
• Represent ALSO at community events, pop-ups and partner activations.
• Support daily retail hub operations, including opening/closing and merchandising.
• Deliver best-in-class customer service and an on-brand, welcoming environment.
