Job summary

ALSO. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support the launch and growth of our brand in/around Austin. This field-based, customer-facing role reports to the Market Manager and involves mobile demos, retail experiences, and community activations.

You will introduce customers to our EVs, deliver exceptional experiences, and help build ALSO’s presence in Austin, with weekends and events in a dynamic, early-stage brand environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to engage customers and tell a story.
• Positive, proactive attitude with willingness to jump in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail environments.
• Educate customers on ALSO vehicles and benefits; guide demo rides and early purchase consideration.
• Support local sales goals by converting interest into leads and sales.
• Share feedback with the Market Manager to improve experiences.
• Assist with setup, execution, and breakdown of mobile demos and events.
• Safely operate the local demo fleet; keep vehicles clean and ready.
• Represent ALSO at community events, pop-ups and activations.
• Support daily retail hub operations: opening/closing, merchandising, upkeep.
• Provide best-in-class customer service and active selling skills.
• Create a welcoming, on-brand environment reflecting ALSO’s premium ethos.
• Follow operational, safety, and compliance processes.
