Job summary

ALSO. is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support the launch and growth of our brand in/around Miami.

You will engage customers in mobile demos and retail environments, educate them about our electric vehicles, and help drive local sales and brand presence. You will join a field-based team, reporting to the Market Manager, and participate in events, store operations, and community activations while representing ALSO’s energetic, premium, playful ethos.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail, events, sales, hospitality, brand ambassador, or customer-facing roles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and events in a field-based environment.
• Interest in cycling, electric vehicles, and innovative brands.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging customer experiences in mobile and fixed retail environments.
• Educate customers on ALSO vehicles and features, facilitating demo rides and early purchase consideration.
• Support local sales goals by converting interest into leads and sales.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of mobile demos and local activation events, including driving the Rivian EV van to events.
