Job summary

Intramotev is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer in St. Louis, MO to translate drivetrain direction into detailed drawings. You will start by producing CAD models for motor/gearbox interfaces and mounting solutions, then take on ownership of subsystem hardware under leadership.

This is a full-time, in-office role with occasional travel. You will collaborate with a small team, using Autodesk Inventor and GD&T to deliver precise fabrication-ready drawings for a drivetrain test stand and related

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of mechanical design experience with GD&T and manufacturing drawings.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD tools such as Autodesk Inventor.
• Ability to work from ambiguous requirements and collaborate in a team.

Responsibilities

• Author 3D CAD models for drivetrain components and mounting hardware.
• Produce detailed manufacturing and assembly drawings with GD&T.
• Support test stand fixture drawings and fabrication activities.
• Own detailed design of drivetrain hardware under direction.
