Job summary

General Motors is seeking an Engineering Group Manager to lead the Energy Conversion Systems team focusing on high voltage distribution and sensing hardware. You will translate propulsion strategy into an actionable technology roadmap for BDUs, junction boxes, fuse boxes, headers and sensor hardware across programs.

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering.
  • 7+ years of engineering experience from initiation to launch.
  • Strong leadership of projects and people.
  • Knowledge of engineering processes and propulsion development.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership to ensure excellence in GM engineering and supplier teams.
  • Ensure requirements, quality, reliability and service targets are met.
  • Develop strategy and roadmaps for high voltage hardware release.
