AlphaGov is engaging an EV Program and Incentive Administrator for current public clean-transportation program work.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administering public incentive, rebate, grant, or voucher programs.
• Working knowledge of clean-transportation or energy program compliance, eligibility, and reporting.
• Ability to write program procedures and applicant guidance a public agency can adopt.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant, remote-first with occasional client travel.
• Direct experience with NEVI, CFI, VW mitigation trust, IRA, or state EV/EVSE rebate programs.
• Experience with fleet or freight electrification concierge, technical assistance, or applicant support.
• Familiarity with grants management systems, CRM, or payment tracking used by state or local programs.

Responsibilities

• Design or improve EV rebate, voucher, and charger incentive program rules, workflows, and eligibility checks.
• Build application intake, review, award, and payment tracking processes staff can run day to day
• Advise on NEVI, CFI, VW mitigation trust, IRA, or state clean-fleet or EVSE program compliance and reporting
• Draft applicant guidance, FAQs, scoring rubrics, and monitoring checklists
• Support outreach to fleets, municipalities, dealers, and charging providers participating in the program
• Produce dashboards and reports that show applications, awards, spend, and outcomes
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming
