Job summary

AlphaGov delivers public-sector consulting across cities, counties, school systems, and related agencies. You will help design and operate EV rebate, voucher, and infrastructure incentive programs, including NEVI and CFI compliance, working remotely with occasional client travel.

You will design rules, build intake and payment tracking, draft guidance, and produce dashboards showing applications and outcomes, while contributing to proposals when named.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience administering public incentive, rebate, grant, or voucher programs.
• Working knowledge of clean-transportation or energy program compliance, eligibility, and reporting.
• Ability to write program procedures and applicant guidance a public agency can adopt.
• Comfortable as a 1099 project-based consultant, remote-first with occasional client travel.

Responsibilities

• Design or improve EV rebate, voucher, and charger incentive program rules, workflows, and eligibility checks.
• Build application intake, review, award, and payment tracking processes staff can run day to day.
• Advise on NEVI, CFI, VW, IRA, and state clean-fleet or EVSE program compliance and reporting.
• Draft applicant guidance, FAQs, scoring rubrics, and monitoring checklists.
• Support outreach to fleets, municipalities, dealers, and charging providers participating in the program.
• Produce dashboards and reports that show applications, awards, spend, and outcomes.
• Contribute qualifications and past-performance narrative to AlphaGov proposals when you authorize naming.

AlphaGov is engaging an EV Program and Incentive Administrator for current public clean-transportation program work. You will help agencies design, stand up, and operate EV rebate, voucher, and infrastructure incentive programs, including NEVI and CFI compliance and applicant support.
