Job summary

Lightship is hiring a Production Technician to join a production crew in a busy manufacturing environment. You will follow detailed work instructions, observe safety SOPs, and help build out equipment, racks and set up workstations.

The day shift runs 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with overtime possible. You will work with engineering and quality teams to develop strong work instructions and contribute to continuous improvement while maintaining a high level of integrity and teamwork in a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent education, or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older and able to operate hoisting and other machinery in Colorado and under federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Follow 5S standards and safety policies, including PPE and emergency procedures.
• Inspect parts and prior work for quality and customer specifications.
• Operate and maintain production equipment to meet plant goals.
• Assist with preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate effectively with integrity while supporting process improvements.
