Job summary

Plug is seeking an Operations Specialist for the Sawtelle area of Los Angeles. The role focuses on building vehicle listings, supporting consumers and dealers, and coordinating logistics from gate pass to delivery in a fast‑growing EV marketplace.

You will rotate across functions, own data‑driven improvements, and develop dashboards in Metabase to inform decisions that affect inventory turn and cash conversion.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations or strategy
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• Cross‑functional collaborator with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product
• Strong communicator who can resolve issues with consumers and dealers
• Familiarity with workflow automation tools that scale without extra headcount
• Preference for candidates with experience leveraging AI tools for triage, response, or reporting

Responsibilities

• Build vehicle listings that are auction‑ready quickly and accurately
• Speak with consumers to resolve issues and keep transactions moving
• Resolve dealer checkout problems to close deals smoothly
• Coordinate logistics from gate pass to delivery and post‑sale activities
• Develop dashboards in Metabase to provide visibility into performance
• Partner cross‑functionally to drive projects impacting inventory turn and cash flow
