Plug Technologies Inc is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own a core surface of the platform end-to-end, reporting to the SVP of Product & Technology. You will work closely with engineers on hypothesis-driven learning, rapid experimentation, and data-backed decisions.

The role emphasizes ownership, autonomy, and collaboration across product, engineering, design, and other functions to shape EV marketplace tech. In-person, Sawtelle-area location in Los Angeles.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in product management with ownership of a surface or funnel.
• Strong experimentation discipline with design, analysis, and fast decision-making.
• Comfort operating across product, engineering, design, and other functions.
• Hands-on experience building with AI tools and showing concrete artifacts.
• Builder mindset with broad ownership and ability to operate autonomously.

Aufgaben

• Own an end-to-end product surface from user experience to success metrics.
• Design and run AB tests and post-hoc analyses using data and customer discovery.
• Partner with engineering to translate requirements into specs and UX.
• Collaborate across marketing, ML, sales, operations, and finance as needed.
• Build scalable systems trusted by internal and external stakeholders.
• Define and own key metrics and report them clearly.
