Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 10 years' experience in operations management in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Coating & Bonding Team to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency across processes.
• Oversee personnel for Coating & Bonding, maintenance, quality, and engineering.
• Review expenditures and resolve anomalies.
• Lead change management and coach employees.
• Ensure audit compliance and drive safety and product quality improvements.
