Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Supervisor for the Tulsa EV/CBC center. The role focuses on lean manufacturing excellence and operational effectiveness across production areas, supervising 40-60 staff and guiding process improvements.

Reporting to the Manufacturing Operations Manager, the supervisor oversees schedules, budgets, and capital considerations while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Master's degree and at least 1 year of production/manufacturing experience.
• At least 5 years of production/manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs the development and implementation of activities in production area(s) to meet production goals, quality and cost objectives
• Supervises daily manufacturing operations by leading production teams to achieve safety, quality delivery and while driving continuous improvment initiatives
• Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply
• Plans and administers procedures and budgets
• Makes budgetary recommendations and may control capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor
• Develops schedules and manpower requirements for assigned areas
• Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function
