Job summary

Moove AV seeks an Infrastructure Manager to lead day-to-day operations and long-term planning for physical expansion into new markets. You will oversee delivery of critical infrastructure, combining deep EV charging and facility operations expertise with vendor management and financial ownership.

Responsibilities include driving efficiency and reliability, managing CapEx/OpEx, and coordinating across design, permitting, utilities, and construction to meet market timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in technical EV charging, renewables, data center, or physical infrastructure development.
• Demonstrated experience in large-scale infrastructure project management and multi-site deployments.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, CapEx/OpEx, and TCO analysis.
• Excellent executive communication and ability to present complex info to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: drive efficiency, security, and reliability of all physical infrastructure and use data for KPI tracking with AI tools.
• Budget and Financial Management: manage CapEx/OpEx, forecast needs, and support financial modeling for executives.
• Project Delivery: oversee end-to-end infrastructure projects from feasibility to launch across the portfolio.
• Standards Development: establish design standards for site design, layouts, and operational functionality across charging sites.
