Job summary

XPENG is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive automotive fleet sales and B2B partnerships in Europe. You will build relationships, present our EV leasing offers, and advance deals from first contact to signed orders.

In this role you will run product demos, prepare quotes, and keep CRM updated to ensure accurate forecasts. A 3–5 year background in Fleet Sales is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in automotive fleet sales or B2B account management.
• Familiar with CRM, pricing logic, and leasing concepts.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder follow-through.
• Bachelor degree in automotive, commercial, business, or related field.
• Trilingual: Dutch Flemish, French, and English.

Responsibilities

• Build a target account list and weekly outreach routine.
• Schedule meetings and test drives; move interest to signed proposals.
• Demonstrate products with clear, impactful demos.
• Prepare quotes and proposals; maintain pace and accuracy.
• Keep CRM updated; ensure accurate forecasts and next steps.
• Manage end-to-end opportunities from first contact to order.
