Job summary

Orange EV, a fast-growing manufacturer of electric vehicles, is seeking a technically minded service supervisor to support a regional team in the United States. The role reports to the Regional Service Manager and includes coordinating field technicians and service activities.

You will build relationships with technicians and customers, manage scheduling, parts sourcing, and budgets, and lead hiring and reviews. Strong communication and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising technicians or teams in field service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with technicians and customers.
• Lead new technician hiring and performance reviews.
• Manage regional service budget and expenses.
• Dispatch and schedule technician work.
• Provide technical and logistics support to regional techs.
• Serve as first contact for warranty and non-warranty requests.
• Promote maintenance labor and parts sales.
