Highland Electric Fleets in Los Angeles seeks a Field Service Technician passionate about EVs to ensure buses and charging stations operate reliably. You will perform OEM-approved testing, repairs, and troubleshooting on electric vehicles and Level 2 to DC fast chargers, collaborating with customers to keep fleets moving.

We offer a competitive base salary with a 10% performance bonus, a vehicle or stipend, $130/month cell/internet reimbursement, full health/vision/dental, PTO and sick days,

Qualificações

• Minimum 5+ years in Electrician, Electric Vehicle, or Medium/Heavy duty truck Fleet repair.
• Advanced Diagnostic, Electrical, and AC skills required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Act as on-site EV/EVSB advocate to achieve high uptime.
• Diagnose malfunctions and repair EVs and chargers; test-drive to confirm resolution.
• Maintain detailed documentation of troubleshooting and repairs in asset management system.
• Coordinate with external vendors and mentor junior technicians.
• Perform road calls and on-site repairs as assigned.
