Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking skilled collision repair technicians to join our teams at locations nationwide. You will examine damaged vehicles, plan and perform repairs, and ensure quality work while keeping to schedule. You’ll coordinate with teammates and determine repair vs.

replace decisions while prioritizing safety. This position uses a commission/flag pay structure with a posted range of $65,000 to $175,140 per year.

Qualifications

• Certified in body repair or extensive hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of vehicle repair processes by manufacturer.
• Ability to supervise repair personnel.

Responsibilities

• Examine damaged vehicle and plan repair process.
• Communicate with others on repair status.
• Perform quality repairs and maintain on-time status.
• Decide on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, cycle time.
• Remove upholstery, electrical components, and trim to access vehicle and fenders.
• Participate in all required safety meetings.
• File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using tools.
• Direct the work of an apprentice and explain procedures.
