Top Tempo Technical is seeking an E-Bus Field Service Mechanic to service customers in the Fairfax, VA area. This long-term assignment includes employee benefits and requires you to travel to customer sites, primarily around Baltimore, MD.

Strong electrical and customer service skills are essential for onsite problem solving and clear communication. The role involves hands-on work on high voltage electrical systems across various vehicle platforms, with responsibilities spanning Acceptance,

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with high voltage electrical systems.
• Hands-on experience in electrical or mechanical field service and troubleshooting.
• General knowledge of bus, aviation, automotive and/or vehicle systems.

E-Bus Field Service Mechanic

Looking for a motivated E-Bus Field Service Mechanic in the Fairfax, Virginia area!

This is a long-term assignment with employee benefits.

This position is a Field Service Mechanic for a transit bus manufacturer that requires strong electrical skills as well as excellent customer service skills as you will be dealing with the customer.

Job Details:

• Requires travel to various customer work sites in the Baltimore, MD area.
• Ideal experience is to have worked on any of the following: buses, trains, autos, trucks, military vehicles, aircraft, agricultural or industrial equipment.
• Must be able to interpret and make decisions on what problems need to be fixed.
• There are three classifications of work: Acceptance, Retrofit and/or Warranty.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with High Voltage electrical systems
• General knowledge of bus, aviation, automotive and/or vehicle systems.
• Hands-on experience in either electrical, mechanical, or other related field service experience; experience with electrical and mechanical troubleshooting.

NOTE: A company vehicle will NOT be provided, this job requires you to use your own vehicle. Also, a laptop computer or iPad and basic tools are required for this job.

Job Location: Fairfax, VA*Open to travel

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.*with possible overtime

Pay Rate:$30 - $35 an hour (Pay is commensurate with skills & experience)
