Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, skilled trades, or mechanical/electrical/structural assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and build sheets.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and follow blueprints and process documentation to assemble and install components.
• Use hand, pneumatic, and power tools to complete assemblies to specification.
• Perform precise installations and alignments using measurement tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily performance and quality targets.
• Troubleshoot and elevate build issues in real time.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following 5S and lean practices.
• Participate in cross-training and support production flexibility.
• Adhere to safety practices including PPE and lockout/tagout protocols.
