Job summary

LG Energy Solution Michigan Inc. in Holland, MI is seeking a Module Assembler to operate equipment and computerized systems to produce, assemble, evaluate, process and package lithium-ion battery modules in a climate-controlled plant.

You will inspect materials, read work orders, and maintain cleanliness and safety while following 5S standards. The role requires 1–3 years of manufacturing experience and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Basic math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect materials, products, and equipment to detect defects or malfunctions.
• Set up production equipment parameters to conform to work standards.
• Perform daily machine cleaning, maintenance, and lubrication checks.
• Read work orders, instructions, formulas, and processing charts.
• Monitor data from measuring devices and ensure product alignment and flow.
• Follow safety requirements and wear proper PPE.
• Maintain 5S cleanliness: Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain.
