Qualifications
- 4–8 years hands-on experience in automotive vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Ability to diagnose nuanced mechanical, electrical, A/C, and AV/EV systems.
- Experience with complex hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacement.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.
Responsibilities
- Perform service, repair, and maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and integrated systems of EV/AVs.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, A/C, and autonomous vehicle systems.
- Conduct hardware retrofits and AV hardware replacements; update software/firmware.
- Create repair orders and document work performed, including parts used.
- Collaborate with engineering and service teams to resolve complex issues.
- Participate in fleet-wide hardware/software retrofits and safety protocols.
