Job summary

Comrise in Glendale, KY is seeking an Automotive Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing operations, driving safety, quality, and productivity across shift-based teams.

You will supervise daily production activities, mentor staff, implement Lean/5S, and ensure targets are met within budget. Training in Marshall, MI for 3–6 months, then return to KY with accommodations provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field preferred.
• 4+ years as Production Supervisor or similar in manufacturing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.
• Meet production targets while maintaining quality and safety.
• Mentor production team including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
• Foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
• Implement production plans and schedules within budget.
• Monitor production metrics and adjust processes for efficiency.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes with regular inspections.
• Identify safety hazards and ensure a safe working environment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and Lean/5S.
• Prepare and maintain production reports and records.
